Roasted Cashew Nut Butter Protein Balls
If you’re looking for a filling and convenient snack for those crazy workdays, a quick post-workout bite, or you simply want to calm those cravings, these no-bake Cashew Nut Butter Protein Balls are just what you need. Prep Time: 15 minutes Total Time: 15 minutes Servings: 24What you’ll need:
- 350g So Natural Roasted Cashew Nut Butter
- 2 scoops of protein powder (vanilla)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup So Natural Raw Fynbos Honey
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons psyllium husk
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Nut milk as needed
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix the raw fynbos honey and the roasted cashew nut butter together.
- Add the protein powder, chia seeds, oats, and psyllium husk to the bowl and stir with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula. If the mixture is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of nut milk. NOTE: you want the mixture to be thick, but you should be able to easily roll it into balls.
- Roll the mixture into 24 balls and place them on a tray or refrigerator container. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Store balls in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Enjoy!
