Roasted Cashew Nut Butter Protein Balls

If you’re looking for a filling and convenient snack for those crazy workdays, a quick post-workout bite, or you simply want to calm those cravings, these no-bake Cashew Nut Butter Protein Balls are just what you need. Prep Time: 15 minutes Total Time: 15 minutes Servings: 24

What you’ll need:

  • 350g So Natural Roasted Cashew Nut Butter
  • 2 scoops of protein powder (vanilla)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup So Natural Raw Fynbos Honey
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons psyllium husk
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Nut milk as needed


  1. In a large bowl, mix the raw fynbos honey and the roasted cashew nut butter together.
  2. Add the protein powder, chia seeds, oats, and psyllium husk to the bowl and stir with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula. If the mixture is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of nut milk. NOTE: you want the mixture to be thick, but you should be able to easily roll it into balls.
  3. Roll the mixture into 24 balls and place them on a tray or refrigerator container. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Store balls in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Enjoy!
